- Attacked by monster in the form of Pearl Fey (Maya's cousin; Gumshoe says I knew her when he was brought here.) - injuries relatively minor, but enough to motivate me to obtaining a weapon.

- To that end, meeting with Dias; we should see about heading to the first-floor kitchens to obtain a knife or something similar.

- Turned into a child magnet; first "Pearl", and at breakfast Dib. Have made some otherwise useful acquaintances, however; Vlad Masters, Kunzite (?).

- Obtained maps of the first and second floors and have been distributing them as needed.
